At OZStation we use the most reliable and fastest delivery method to get the order to you. We partner with Australia’s leading couriers, including Australia Post, StarTrack, Aramex, DirectFreight and Couriers Please, to ensure swift and secure deliveries across the country.

Delivery to the following areas is not available or will be subject to a surcharge:

Norfolk Island, Christmas Island, Cocos (Keeling) Island, Ashmore and Cartier Islands, Coral Sea Islands, Heard Island and McDonald Islands and The Australian Antarctic Territory. Please contact us for further shipping details.

Incorrect, incomplete or insufficient information:

Incorrect, incomplete, or insufficient address details may result in a redelivery fee. To help ensure timely delivery and avoid additional charges, please make sure all shipping information is accurate and complete, including the business name and trading hours where applicable.

 

Parcels returned to sender:

Parcels returned to sender due to non-collection and inaction following courier calling cards, pick-up notifications or request for more delivery information will incur a re-delivery fee if reshipment is requested.

Any shipping fee, re-delivery fee or surcharge paid to OZStation is non-refundable once the order has left our warehouse.

Same-Day Dispatch


Orders placed before 3:00 PM AEST on business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) are usually dispatched the same day. Orders received after 3:00 PM AEST or during non-business days will be shipped on the next business day.

 

Delivery Times


As a general guideline, most deliveries to major cities will take 1-3 business days, whilst it could take up to 5+ business days for more remote areas. If your order is being shipped interstate, please allow extra time for transit.

This general guideline does not apply to large / bulky items. Please refer to the large / bulky item section below for more information.

All delivery timeframes provided at OZStation are an estimate and do not account for unforeseeable circumstances which may affect the delivery of your parcel.

PO Box, Parcel Collect and Parcel Locker deliveries:

Depending on the weight and dimensions of your order, we may be unable to deliver to PO Boxes, Parcel Collect, or Parcel Lockers. If this occurs, our customer service team will contact you to request a physical street address for delivery.

 

Large / Bulky Items
As a general guideline, deliveries of bulky items to metro areas in the Eastern States of Australia may take 2-5 business days; deliveries of bulky items to WA, NT and regional areas may take 6-9 business days.

If stock is unavailable in your state, the item requires a pallet and forklift, or the address is in a remote location, our customer service team may contact you to coordinate delivery arrangements.

Please note that these are estimated delivery timeframes and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver large / bulky items to PO Boxes, Parcel Collect or Parcel Lockers.

 

Backorders
While we make every effort to keep all items in stock, there may be times when certain products are temporarily unavailable. To avoid delays, we may split your order and fulfill some items directly from our suppliers or alternative distribution warehouses.

If we are unable to dispatch your order for any reason, our customer service team will contact you within two business days to arrange an alternative solution.

Orders sent from suppliers or alternate warehouses may require additional delivery time. Delivery estimates are provided on relevant items wherever possible.

Notes

 

  • If you have given authority to leave goods without a signature, you accept full responsibility if your parcel is lost or stolen from your property.

  • We deliver within Australia only. Overseas orders will NOT be accepted.

 

Pricing Policy

All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST (Goods and services tax). Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to make amendments to the prices or information at any time without prior notice. 

Warranty

We offer a 1-year warranty on all our compatible and generic products. Original and Genuine brand products are covered in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions.
